STAGE 1-Phase 1 —
Building Foundations
Through Visuals and cultured talk, we stand as the editorial: building the audience, captivating taste, and shaping the community that will carry Tanka Blue forward.
Foundations are built when that community stops arriving and starts staying — when the voice we've established is recognizable on sight, when the audience returns without being prompted, and when the work we've released so far carries enough of its own word-of-mouth to prove the demand is real. Not reach. Retention.
Phase 2 —
Systems and Release
Once that foundation holds, we begin uncovering the systems and frameworks behind the media we aim to produce — opening the process, not only the product. Alongside this, we release the work itself: books, animated production, sound, and other formats still to be announced.
Phase 3 —
Networking & reach
We expand. Individuals and teams join to sharpen how we build, so the work moves faster and further than one voice alone could carry it. Our services in collaborations and consulting for technical and creative projects pushes us forward into the horizon.
Phase 4 —
Research & Development
We turn toward building the tools themselves: software and programs designed not only for Tanka Blue, but for creators and consumers alike — work that extends beyond where Tanka Blue started.
